This event format serves as a powerful Team Building tool, allowing participants to step beyond the familiar office environment, unite, and develop essential collaboration skills.

How does a corporate regatta work?

Teams are formed onshore, come up with creative names, and receive mandatory instructions from an experienced skipper. Participants must quickly grasp the basics of sailing a yacht to start the race, maintain speed, and cross the finish line first.

Before the start of the regatta there is a briefing, where the main points about the boat structure, sailing and safety on board are explained. The skipper assigns roles to the participants and tells them what to do and when to do it.

The event concludes with an awards ceremony to recognize the winners and a festive closing celebration.

This is not just entertainment, but an exciting team challenge organized in safe conditions under the guidance of professional instructors. No special physical training or yachting experience is required — what matters most is coordination, the ability to work as a team, and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
The key is to listen to the skipper’s advice, act together, and enjoy this unique experience!

When preparing for a regatta, full or partial branding is often carried out: on the sails, hulls of the yachts, and also on the participants' clothing — caps, windbreakers, t-shirts, shirts, and other accessories — company logos, inscriptions, or unique decorative elements may be applied.
